Tagging and Rounds

At the beginning of each round, TNT Tag selects tagged players from the active-player pool. Round-Settings.Tagged-Player-Percentage determines the normal count. The game switches to one tagger when the remaining player count reaches Round-Settings.Only-One-Tagged-After or when the percentage is configured as zero or lower.

A tagged player receives the configured TNT item, TNT head display, nearest-player compass, speed or night-vision effects, and the tagged player-list format. The compass points toward the nearest eligible untagged player.

Punching an untagged player transfers the role immediately. The attacker becomes untagged, the victim receives TNT, player effects and name tags are refreshed, and the statistics for players tagged and times tagged are updated. The optional transfer firework is configured in config.yml.

The first round uses Round-Settings.First-Round. Each later round subtracts Round-Time-Decreasing-By, but never goes below Minimum-Round-Duration. The next selection begins after Wait-Until-Next-Round.

Tagged players explode when the timer expires and become spectators. With Multiple-Explosion: true, nearby untagged players can also be eliminated by the block explosion. If one player survives, that player wins; if nobody survives, the result is a draw.
